Florence brings over seven years of hands-on experience as an emergency room registered nurse and four years as a nurse educator, shaping her into a highly skilled and dedicated instructor in life-saving techniques. Her extensive ER background gives her firsthand insights into real-life emergency scenarios, enabling her to teach ACLS, BLS, CPR, and PALS with authenticity and depth.

Florence's experience as a nurse educator allows her to translate complex medical concepts into clear, approachable lessons, ensuring her students are well-prepared and confident. As a lead instructor, she combines clinical expertise with an educator's touch, making her classes both informative and engaging.
